Panattoni Park Wrocław VII is another project by the developer Panattoni built in Bielany Wrocławskie within the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. The investment will ultimately include eight A-class warehouse halls with a total area of almost 150,000 sqm.
The flexible warehouse space of the complex can be adapted in terms of technical specifications to the individual needs and requirements of the tenant. Within the warehouse halls, it is possible to store goods and conduct light production.
Minimum warehouse modules for rent are available from approximately 1000 sqm.
The facility is perfect for storage purposes thanks to its ten-meter storage height and dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5T/sqm. The building has the necessary fire protection equipment, as well as a modern sprinkler system. Access to the warehouse is possible via numerous loading docks with hydraulic levelers and protective dock shelters, as well as ground-level gates. Security in the facility is ensured by 24/7 security and monitoring.
On the external premises of the investment, there is a large parking lot for passenger cars and trucks, as well as spacious maneuvering yards.
In line with Panattoni's sustainable development strategy, the buildings included in the complex will undergo green BREEAM certification, thus meeting strict environmental requirements regarding the level of energy efficiency and eco-friendliness of the investment. For the facility's tenants, this means, among other things, lower water and energy consumption fees.
