Logmaster to move into MLP Pruszków II

Logmaster will join the group of MLP Group tenants. The logistics company has leased approximately 6,800 sqm of modern space within the largest warehouse complex in the region. The handover of the completed facility is scheduled for June 2023.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center will gain a new tenant. MLP Group has signed its first agreement with Logmaster, for whom it will provide approximately 6,800 sqm of modern space in the largest warehouse complex in the region, which is currently being expanded. The tenant intends to allocate nearly 6,500 sqm for warehouse purposes. The remaining approximately 300 sqm will be used for modern office and social space.
Logmaster holds a strong position in the logistics and customs services industry. It has been operating on the market since 1993. The handover of the finished space to the tenant is planned for June 2023, which marks the company's thirtieth anniversary. The part of the hall intended for sorting deliveries, packing, and repacking goods will be additionally illuminated with natural light, improving the working comfort of employees. Logmaster is not only about logistics and customs, but also about passion.

“We welcome a new company, Logmaster, to our group of tenants. In accordance with the arrangements, we will prepare logistics space for them, taking into account increased comfort of use thanks to interior lighting through additional windows in the facade. It is worth emphasizing, however, that the standard we offer is at a very high level. In line with our strategy, all our newly constructed facilities are subject to the BREEAM certification process. This means they are built with solutions that have a positive impact on the natural environment and increase comfort for employees” – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.

The MLP Pruszków II project is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 393,000 sqm. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate. In accordance with the MLP Group ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the roofs. Thanks to a flexible approach to the individual needs of tenants, the center is able to meet the requirements of clients from various industries.

MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, which provide excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. There is a bus stop on the park's premises, and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station is in operation.
