Lognet stays longer with SEGRO
SEGRO has extended a lease agreement for another three years for over 3,200 m2 of warehouse space located at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków with Lognet, a leading supplier of installation materials and logistics services for the telecommunications market.The warehouse dedicated to Lognet, located in Pruszków, covers over 3,200 m2 of space, where the company provides comprehensive logistics and technical support for companies related to telecommunications. Positive experiences from the cooperation with SEGRO and the convenient location of the facility contributed to the decision to extend the lease agreement and continue operations at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Pruszków.
"The flexible approach of the developer and property manager, as well as our long-term cooperation, have given us full confidence in SEGRO, and the warehouse space we lease meets all our expectations regarding both size and equipment. The location was also significant in this case – the logistics park in Pruszków is distinguished by its strategic position, which, due to the specifics of our business, was a very important decision-making factor for extending the cooperation" – emphasizes Tomasz Chodkowski, Member of the Board at Lognet.

It is one of four SEGRO logistics parks that host beehives. This CSR initiative was recognized by the Responsible Business Forum in the report „Responsible business in Poland 2019”.
