LPP continues with SEGRO

LPP, a top Polish clothing company, owner of recognizable brands Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House and Sinsay, has decided to extend its lease agreement for 46,600 sqm of warehouse space located at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków.

At the SEGRO logistics park, the company operates its fulfillment center (a warehouse for e-commerce sales), from which products are shipped to 24 countries, including Poland, the UK, Germany, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Western European countries served by the company's pan-European online store.

The dynamic growth of the e-commerce sector and increasing customer demands sealed LPP's decision to extend the lease for the warehouse space used as a fulfillment center at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. Less than two years ago, LPP decided to expand the space by an additional 16,000 sqm in a project that took less than four months, ultimately reaching a total space of 46,600 sqm.

The warehouse is equipped with forty docks, six combi-docks that allow for the handling of both delivery and commercial vehicles, enabling faster order fulfillment, as well as four "0" docks. The building also features innovative solutions – thanks to the installation of air curtains over eight docks, heat loss has been minimized, making the facility more energy-efficient. Installed LED fixtures contribute to reducing electricity consumption by over 30%. Additional roof skylights and partially glazed docks in the order reception area ensure maximum access to daylight and increase the comfort of employees. Thanks to these and other modern sustainable development solutions, the building has received a BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating.

"Long-term cooperation with SEGRO, the high quality of the provided space, speed, and punctuality meant we had no doubts about extending the contract. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is an optimal location for conducting our business in Poland and across Europe" – says Sylwester Dmytriwski, E-commerce Fulfillment General Manager LPP.

"Extending the lease agreement with LPP SA is a great joy and a source of pride for us. We are pleased that Stryków has proven to be a comfortable location for our Client, and that the solutions we have implemented contribute to improving processes within the warehouse" – says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director at SEGRO.

The SEGRO logistics park in Stryków, established in 2006, is one of the developer's flagship parks in this part of Europe. Located near the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways, it provides customers with efficient deliveries in all directions. Ultimately, the entire facility can be expanded to nearly 400,000 sqm of warehouse, logistics (cross-docking), and production space.
