
LPP S.A. has extended its lease agreement at the modern logistics center Tristar Gdańsk, part of the portfolio of Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate. The Polish clothing company, which has 5 well-known brands in its portfolio: Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay and Mohito, leases over 6,100 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Gdańsk project.
The Tristar Gdańsk logistics center is developing very dynamically. In May of this year, LPP S.A. – a Polish clothing company involved in the design, production and distribution of clothing, with its headquarters in Gdańsk, decided to extend its lease agreement in the Tristar Gdańsk project. LPP S.A. currently leases over 6,100 sqm of warehouse and office space.
Tristar Gdańsk is a class A logistics center, located near the Rusocin junction. The project is just 1 km away from the A1 motorway and the Tricity bypass. Tristar Gdańsk offers nearly 29,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office-social space, as well as parking lots and maneuvering areas directly adjacent to the space.
