LS Logistics stays at SEGRO Logistics

LS Logistics, a company offering comprehensive logistics services, has decided to extend its lease contract for space at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, where it has been operating for four years.

At the SEGRO logistics park in Nadarzyn, LS Logistics occupies an area of over 12,500 m². The company started by serving the automotive industry, which remains a key sector of its operations to this day. Currently, among the company's approximately 90 clients, there are also companies from other industries, including RES (photovoltaics, heat pumps), home appliances, and FMCG. From the warehouse facility in Nadarzyn, LS Logistics distributes its clients' goods to eastern markets, mainly to Russia and Belarus, as well as within Poland and most European countries.

That is why both the high standard of the warehouses and the flexibility of the offer at the SEGRO logistics park are very important to us, as well as the convenient location - the property is located close to a transport hub connecting the A2 motorway and the S2, S7, S8 expressways" – says Rafał Górski, President of the Management Board of LS Logistics.

The offer includes storage (key clients store between 3,000 and 7,000 pallets in the warehouse), cross-docking services (combining shipments from different locations for a single client). LS also offers VAS services, which include, among others, heat sealing, foil wrapping, labeling, creating sets, advertising stands, etc. The offer is complemented by freight forwarding services providing clients with both supply and distribution in the scope of LTL, FTL, or sea freight services. Thanks to this comprehensive offer and the use of modern technologies, tools, and procedures, LS Logistics participates in complex logistics projects, acting as an integrator.

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn is distinguished by its excellent location in the south of Warsaw, 5 km from the administrative borders of the capital. Key to its location is the direct proximity to the DK8 (Białystok–Wrocław/Katowice) and the Paszków junction (connecting the Warsaw bypasses S2/S7/S8 with the A2 motorway), as well as a distance of 4 km from the DK 7 (Gdańsk–Kraków). The park received the „Best Warehouse of the Year” award in the Eurobuild Awards 2017 competition, in the Tenants Award category, which was granted by the most objective jury – the Clients themselves.
