Maersk is the new tenant at 7R Park Łódź East I

Maersk, one of the global leaders in transport and logistics, has joined the group of tenants at 7R Park Łódź East I. The company will use 18,500 sqm of modern logistics and warehouse space with office facilities, which has been precisely tailored to its needs, including the creation of a special layout of gates and loading docks.

Maersk is another international brand to join the group of tenants at the 7R complex in Łódź. It will begin its operations at 7R Park Łódź East I in June. Since February this year, Castorama has also been using space at 7R Park Łódź East I.

The new warehouse in Łódź is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that optimizes the flow and visibility of information behind the movement of goods. This will allow us to provide our customers with shorter lead times, predictable costs, and best-in-class service" - says Dawid Podskarbi, Branch Manager at Maersk.

The 7R warehouse park was built in accordance with the idea of sustainable development and uses modern solutions to support the efficiency of the complex. Maersk places great importance on sustainability, which is why the building it occupies will feature a 50 kWp photovoltaic installation, as well as LED lighting controlled by DALI controllers. An intelligent BMS system will also be installed inside the facility, which allows for monitoring and managing all devices and significantly supports tenants in the daily use of the leased space.

All facilities within 7R Park Łódź East I meet Class A building standards and, thanks to the solutions used in them, which contribute to, among other things, increasing the energy efficiency of the investment, they are covered by BREEAM certification.

The entire 7R Park Łódź East I complex is a modern warehouse park consisting of three facilities with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm, located in the eastern part of the city, as well as in the immediate vicinity of the Brzeziny junction. The location of the facility right next to the exit to the A1 motorway creates optimal conditions for international, national, and local transport. There are also public transport stops near 7R Park Łódź East I, which significantly contributes to greater commuting comfort for employees.
