CTP has started work on its first development in Wielkopolska. CTPark Poznań Suchy Las is being built right on the border of Poznań and, once completed, will offer around 50,000 sqm of modern warehouse, production and business space.

The new complex is intended to meet the needs of both local businesses and companies expanding their operations nationally and internationally.

CTP's first park in Wielkopolska

The development is being built on a 14.2-hectare plot in the Suchy Las municipality. The complex will consist of several buildings offering different space formats, so the park will be able to accommodate both smaller businesses and large logistics operators.

The development will offer:

  • CTSpace – for large logistics and production operations,
  • CTFlex – for technology, manufacturing and e-commerce companies,
  • CTBox – units for the SME sector, combining warehouse, office and service functions.

A location with quick access to main routes

CTPark Poznań Suchy Las is being built in the northern part of the Poznań agglomeration, right on the city border.

The main advantages of the location are:

  • quick access to the S11 expressway,
  • convenient access to the A2 motorway,
  • proximity to Poznań city centre,
  • a short distance from Poznań-Ławica airport.

This location will facilitate both domestic distribution and the handling of international supply chains.

A park tailored to its surroundings

The project has been designed with the character of the area and local urban planning conditions in mind. Thanks to the neighbouring residential development, the complex is expected to attract not only logistics companies, but also service, sports and local distribution businesses.

This direction is confirmed by the signing of the first lease agreement with a company operating in the sports and leisure sector.

Modern architecture and eco-friendly solutions

CTPark Poznań Suchy Las will be built in line with sustainable construction standards. The façades facing Obornicka Street will be made of polycarbonate and complemented with greenery, helping the complex blend into its surroundings.

The project also provides for solutions that improve energy efficiency, including:

  • photovoltaic installations,
  • energy management systems,
  • infrastructure for electric vehicles,
  • rainwater retention,
  • solutions supporting biodiversity.

Poznań remains one of the strongest logistics markets

The Poznań agglomeration has for years been one of the most important logistics centres in Poland. Access to skilled workers, well-developed transport infrastructure and proximity to the western border make the region an attractive location for companies in logistics, manufacturing, retail and new technologies.

CTP's new development is set to further strengthen the potential of the northern part of the agglomeration and increase the availability of modern warehouse and business space in Wielkopolska.
