Białystok strengthens its position on the logistics map of Poland. Accolade has completed the construction of Park Białystok III – the largest freestanding warehouse in the region. The modern facility with an area of 34 thousand sqm has already been fully leased by companies from the e-commerce, logistics, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
This is the next stage of development of the warehouse market in Podlasie, which is gaining importance due to its strategic location and developing transport infrastructure.
The largest warehouse in the region is ready
Park Białystok III offers 34 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space and is the largest freestanding facility of this type in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
The investment was built in the western part of the Białystok agglomeration, with convenient access to the S8 expressway. In the future, its attractiveness will be further increased by the development of the S19 route and the Via Carpathia international transport corridor.
The facility was commissioned in May and is currently undergoing BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.
Four tenants from the beginning of operations
The new warehouse was fully commercialized even before the completion of the investment. The space was leased by companies representing various sectors of the economy:
- Allegro,
- Geodis,
- Eurus,
- Merkury.
Such a diverse tenant profile confirms the growing role of Białystok as a location serving e-commerce, contract logistics, as well as the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.
Allegro and Geodis expand their operations
One of the new tenants is the company Allegro, which, thanks to the investment, is launching the Allegro One Kurier service on the Podlasie market.
Geodis is also moving to the new facility, simultaneously increasing its leased space in the Accolade portfolio.
The following will also conduct their operations here:
- Eurus – a manufacturer and distributor of cosmetics,
- Merkury – a company specializing in the distribution of medicines, dietary supplements, healthy food, and FMCG products.
Warehouses play a much greater role today
Modern logistics centers are no longer used exclusively for storing goods. Increasingly, they are responsible for comprehensive e-commerce service, product distribution, returns logistics, and processes related to the circular economy.
It is in such facilities that operations are carried out which affect the speed of deliveries, product availability, and the efficiency of the entire supply chain.
Accolade's third investment in Podlasie
Park Białystok III is already Accolade's third project in the region. After the completion of the investment, the total warehouse space belonging to the developer in Podlasie exceeded 110 thousand sqm.
All three warehouse parks currently provide nearly 1,400 jobs, supporting the development of the local economy and attracting more companies interested in operating in north-eastern Poland.
Białystok is gaining importance
The growing number of warehouse investments shows that Białystok is becoming an increasingly important point on the logistics map of the country. The combination of modern infrastructure, access to key routes, and a developing labor market makes the region effectively attract logistics operators, as well as manufacturing and e-commerce companies.
