The Polish branch of the Dutch company Mandersloot has increased its leased space in the distribution center in Komorniki near Poznań, managed by Savills Investment Management. The company will use over 7,600 sqm of warehouse and office space.
The history of Mandersloot began in 1964 in the Netherlands. It was then that a family transport enterprise was founded, which over time began to operate on an international scale. Today, 400 employees work for its success every day, and the company's fleet consists of 340 trucks and 310 refrigerated trailers. As a result, Mandersloot provides groupage transport in a controlled temperature for vegetables and fruits, meat, food products, as well as flowers and plants – within the Benelux and Central Europe.
The distribution center, managed by Savills Investment Management since January 2019, has an area of approx. 85,000 sqm and is located in Komorniki, south of Poznań. It consists of class A warehouse buildings, which are adapted both for storage and light production. The proximity of the Poznań agglomeration also provides the park's tenants with access to qualified employees.
