Marelvi stays longer at MLP Bucharest West

The largest distributor of electronic and home appliances in Romania has extended its lease agreement for over 8,100 sqm of space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park.
Marelvi has signed an agreement with MLP Group to extend the lease of over 8,100 sqm of modern space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. The distributor is one of the first tenants of this complex located in the immediate vicinity of the capital of Romania, and at the same time a key warehouse region of this country. It has been using the logistics and office space for nearly five years.

The company was founded in 1995 with exclusively Romanian capital. In 2000, it began distribution activities, and in 2007, it became the market leader, becoming the largest distributor of electronic and home appliances in Romania. Marelvi cooperates with the most important brands on the Romanian market in the distribution industry. The portfolio includes over 200 clients, including brands such as: Arctic, Samsung, Daewoo and Toshiba.

MLP Bucharest West is located in the most popular warehouse region of Romania. The location by the ring road in the north-western part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, ensures optimal conditions for conducting distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a class A industrial and logistics project. It is being built on a plot of 18.3 ha and will ultimately provide 99,000 sqm of warehouse space, with numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure. The facilities within the MLP Bucharest West park meet the highest ecological standards and are subject to BREEAM certification.
