Martes Sport to launch a warehouse in a 7R facility
Martes Sport is strengthening its warehouse facilities and will lease space from 7R in Silesia, in Czechowice-Dziedzice.
The company from Bielsko-Biała has decided to lease space in 7R BTS Beskid III, a modern warehouse and logistics park that is BREEAM certified at the Very Good level.
Construction of the facility for Martes Sport will begin in January 2022 and will last nine months. The building will offer a range of amenities, including an increased storage height of 10.6 m over an area of approx. 8,200 sqm. It will have charging stations for forklifts with 20 bays, as well as a dock layout dedicated to the tenant's operations. The new warehouse will primarily be a significant boost for the continuously growing online sales of Martes Sport, which is currently a particular focus within the company.
7R BTS Beskid III is a modern warehouse and logistics complex with an area of approx. 22,000 sqm, located in Silesia in Czechowice-Dziedzice, right next to national road no. 1 connecting the north of Poland with the south. The advantage of the investment is the proximity of the Bielsko-Biała Komorowice junction, which provides a good connection to every part of the city. Communication with surrounding towns is also facilitated by a railway connection, which makes it an attractive location due to access to well-qualified employees.
