The construction of a modern high-bay warehouse for Grupa Maspex has been completed in Tychy. The facility, developed by Grupa Antczak, will accommodate almost 60 thousand pallets, and the product flow will be fully automated.

Nearly 13.5 thousand sqm of space

The new complex consists of a high-bay warehouse hall and an adjacent dispatch area. The total usable area of the investment is almost 13.5 thousand sqm, while the building footprint exceeds 11.7 thousand sqm.

The warehouse section itself reaches a height of 35.45 m. Such parameters allow for maximum utilization of the available space and the creation of facilities capable of accommodating almost 60 thousand pallets.

Automation as a key element of the investment

One of the most important elements of the new warehouse is the high level of automation. The flow of pallets will be fully automated, which is intended to streamline access to products and enable precise control of their quantity and quality.

The applied solutions are also intended to optimize product flow management and streamline the daily work of operators.

A 250-meter overpass will connect the warehouse with the plant

An important element of the project is an overhead technological overpass with a length of approximately 250 meters. The structure will connect the existing Maspex production plant and warehouse with the newly built facility.

Such a solution will streamline the transport of products between individual parts of the complex and reduce the need to use traditional internal transport.

Another investment by Antczak for Maspex

Grupa Antczak was responsible for the implementation of the facility as the general contractor. This is another project completed by the company for Maspex.

In 2025, Antczak also completed the construction of a logistics and warehouse complex in Tymbark with an area of nearly 8 thousand sqm. Also as part of that investment, the new warehouse spaces were connected to the existing production part using overhead technological overpasses.

The new facility in Tychy strengthens the logistics facilities of one of the largest food industry producers in Poland and increases the capabilities for automated handling of growing product volumes.
