Maxcess factory officially opened

Panattoni with another completed built-to-suit (BTS) facility. Maxcess, an American manufacturer of production line components, has opened its main European factory in Fałkowo. The investment worth 60 million PLN will allow the company to double its employment.

Maxcess has been present in Poland since 2006 – until now, it operated a production plant with an area of 6,000 sqm in Bugaj near Poznań, where it employs 160 people. Locating the new plant close to the previous factory will allow for the retention of the experienced team. At the same time, the company plans development in the coming years, which will gradually lead to doubling employment. The factory, opened in the first days of July, has more than twice the area – 13,500 sqm and was completed strictly according to the tenant's guidelines.

- "We feel great satisfaction, because the Maxcess factory is a complex project, perfectly fitting into the client's innovative vision, which was also created in a very short time – from the start of construction to the handover of the facility, only 7 months passed. With the optimization of production processes in mind, the facility was equipped with, among others, overhead cranes, busbars, compressed air piping, gas distribution, and technological water installation. Completing such an advanced project within strict time frames was possible thanks to the partnership cooperation with the tenant and local authorities, for which we sincerely thank," says Maciej Zawada, BTS Development Director at Panattoni.

- "Panattoni BTS comprehensively and quickly completed a tailor-made facility for us, in which optimal technological lines were planned already at the design stage. They will ensure the best conditions for the operation of over 40 production machines. We have behind us a time full of challenges – after completing an efficient but very intensive construction process, we relocated and launched the factory in just three weeks. In such operations, the primary goal is to secure the interests of our business partners, i.e., organizing deliveries in such a way that customers do not feel it," says Paweł Kasprzak, Operations Director of Maxcess in Poland and adds: - "Our factory is one of the four largest in the company and at the same time the main production plant of Maxcess in Europe. It will serve the entire European market, and 10 percent of production will go outside the continent. Now we are starting to think about further development. In the future, we have the possibility to expand the factory by another 30-35 percent."
