mBank will finance Hillwood and LCube investment near Wroclaw

Hillwood Polska has signed a loan agreement with mBank S.A. worth more than EUR 28.40 million for the construction of a warehouse in Dobrzykowice near Wroclaw. The building will be part of the Hillwood Wrocław East project being developed in partnership with LCube. The project is already about 38% commercialized.

Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East is a warehouse center located directly on the eastern bypass of Wrocław, just 15 km from the city center. The project includes nearly 60,000 sqm of modern A-class warehouse space. Convenient connection to the A4 highway and the S8 expressway, close to Poland's southwestern border, guarantees excellent access to Western European markets.

" The market for logistics space around Wroclaw has been very stable for years, which influenced the favorable parameters of project financing and quick lending decisions. Also key was the involvement of experts from mBank, thanks to whom the process went smoothly." - notes Tomasz Jaroszewski, Member of the Management Board at Hillwood Poland.

Hillwood's projects consistently use a variety of sustainable solutions. . The project will be certified according to BREEAM requirements at the Excellent level and the site will include a photovoltaic installation.
