Media Expert at Panattoni Business Center Łódź III

Panattoni has leased 12,115 sq m, including 12,049 sq m of warehouse space, to Terg – the owner of the Media Expert electronics retail chain. At Panattoni Business Center Łódź III, the tenant will store consumer electronics and home appliances delivered to stores and customers throughout Poland, with operations starting on September 1st of this year. The building will serve as a buffer facility for the central warehouse of Media Expert, delivered by Panattoni in 2019 at the Central European Logistics Hub. At that time, the company occupied as much as 73,300 sq m, consolidating its space.

Media Expert is the largest consumer electronics/home appliances chain in Poland, operating on the market since 2002. It consists of over 480 electronics stores in nearly 390 cities in Poland. Media Expert electronics stores offer the latest products in the consumer electronics and home appliances segment, as well as laptops, tablets, smartphones, and photographic equipment. In selected locations, bicycles, scooters, quads, power tools, relaxation equipment, and garden care equipment are also available.

Thanks to the lease agreement with the owner of the Media Expert chain, the developer has leased the entire space of Panattoni Business Center Łódź III, which is 30,128 sq m. The flexible modules of the facility allow for production, warehousing, and logistics operations. In addition to the electronics retail chain, companies from the cosmetic packaging, TSL, and transport security sectors for sensitive products also operate here. A huge advantage of Panattoni Business Center Łódź III is also its location. The building is located just 3.5 km from the city center, which allows for convenient access by tram or bus. Furthermore, the facility is just 5 km from the A1 motorway - located in the VI Trans-European Transport Corridor – and 18 km from the A2 motorway, connecting Łódź with, among others, Poznań, Warsaw, and Berlin.
