Medicus stays longer at SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 2
Medicus, a company specializing in the distribution of medical equipment and supplies, has decided to extend its lease of over 1,600 sqm at SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 2. The warehouse facility is used by the company to support, among other things, its e-commerce channel.
Medicus is a medical equipment wholesaler that has been operating on the Polish market for 12 years and employs 20 people. Currently, the company is developing a new line of business, i.e., the distribution of cosmetic products. Due to the very good cooperation with SEGRO, the company decided to extend the lease agreement for an area of over 1,600 sqm.

SEGRO Industrial Park Tychy 2 is a park with a total area of over 41,000 sqm. It is located just 6 km from the city center, and its location approximately 2 km from the S1 national road leading to Katowice allows for quick access to the Silesian agglomeration. Thanks to the nearby A4 motorway, it has an excellent connection with the rest of Poland, as well as with Germany and Ukraine.
