Michał Białas is the new Head of Business Development at 7R
The new Head of Business Development at the company has many years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in structuring, financing, and executing transactions. At 7R, he will be responsible for the development of the real estate and tenant portfolio, as well as the implementation of the company's growth strategy in key markets. Michał Białas, as Head of Business Development, will manage the Development, Project Management, and Leasing teams.For the last 5 years, Michał Białas was associated with Accolade Group, where, by managing the Polish branch, he contributed to a tenfold increase in the portfolio, the volume of which reached over 1.3 million m2 of warehouse space. He was also a member of the board of the Accolade SICAV fund, and previously, he worked for many years at Bank Zachodni WBK, including as Director for Corporate Clients. He is a graduate of IMD, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Warsaw School of Economics, and SWPS University.
