MLP Group has started the revitalization of the first urban park in Poznań. The largest of the seven renovated halls has been leased by a distributor of household appliances and electronics. The commissioning of the renovated facility with a total area of 12,000 sqm. will take place in the 4th quarter of 2021.
The Poznań investment by MLP Group is a response to the growing demand for warehouse space located in close proximity to the centers of large cities. The new project is characterized by an attractive location with very good access to public transport and road infrastructure. Within a 1.5 km radius of the park, there are bus stops, tram stops, a railway station, and the distance to the A2 motorway is only 2.5 km. Additionally, in the first quarter of this year, the developer will launch a city bike station on the park's premises.
Currently, the park houses class B facilities intended for warehouse and office use with a total leasable area of 30,000 sqm. In the 4th quarter of 2020, the developer began the renovation of the first of seven halls, consisting of 6 modules with a total area of 12,000 sqm., which has been leased by a distributor of household appliances and electronics. The completion of the work is scheduled for the 4th quarter of this year. Renovation work on the remaining 6 buildings, with a total usable area of 18,000 sqm., will begin in 2021.
