MLP Business Park Poznań with another tenant

A new tenant from the logistics industry has signed an agreement with MLP Group for the lease of nearly 1,500 sqm of space in the urban center MLP Business Park Poznań, with the option to expand by another 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The developer has already started the revitalization of another hall, which will be adapted to the individual needs of the tenant. The handover of the facility is scheduled for the beginning of the 4th quarter of 2021. 

The demand for small warehouse spaces located in large cities is still growing. Following the latest trends and the increasing demand for warehouse real estate in the „Small Business Units” format, MLP Group is successively revitalizing old warehouse facilities located within the urban project MLP Business Park Poznań. The developer's investment in Poznań is a so-called „hybrid” park, offering 1 „BIG BOX” type hall and 6 „Small Business Units” type facilities in modules from 250 sqm to 1,500 sqm.
