A new tenant from the logistics industry has signed an agreement with MLP Group for the lease of nearly 1,500 sqm of space in the urban center MLP Business Park Poznań, with the option to expand by another 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The developer has already started the revitalization of another hall, which will be adapted to the individual needs of the tenant. The handover of the facility is scheduled for the beginning of the 4th quarter of 2021.
The demand for small warehouse spaces located in large cities is still growing. Following the latest trends and the increasing demand for warehouse real estate in the „Small Business Units” format, MLP Group is successively revitalizing old warehouse facilities located within the urban project MLP Business Park Poznań. The developer's investment in Poznań is a so-called „hybrid” park, offering 1 „BIG BOX” type hall and 6 „Small Business Units” type facilities in modules from 250 sqm to 1,500 sqm. The complex is located in close proximity to the city center with very good access to public transport and major communication arteries.
„We are very pleased that another tenant has placed their trust in us and is joining our center. We are successively raising the standard of our urban project, which is currently enjoying great popularity among current and potential tenants. Our center is an ideal solution for tenants who need small modules with warehouse space along with a modern office" – emphasized Karol Kondrat Leasing manager at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Business Park Poznań is an urban project at a short distance from the center of Poznań on ul. Wołczyńska. The ideal location of the distribution center is undoubtedly one of the main advantages of the park, thanks to which it guarantees fast and efficient logistics. Furthermore, such an excellent location provides park employees with access to public transport, as well as the possibility of opening a company office at a short distance from the strict center. In the immediate vicinity of the park there is a bus and tram stop, nearby is the PKP Junikowo railway station, and the distance from the A2 motorway is only 2.5 km. The MLP Group project is aimed primarily at companies from the e-commerce sector, whose business specifics require an urban location and a high standard of office modules.
