MLP Group begins expansion of the MLP Poznań West park
MLP Group begins expansion of the MLP Poznań West park. The target area of the newly constructed hall will be 23,000 sqm. A new tenant has signed an agreement under which they will receive nearly 13,000 sqm of modern space, of which approx. 12,000 sqm will be allocated for warehouse and production purposes, while another 900 sqm will consist of office and social space.
The facility will be built in accordance with the latest trends in the warehouse real estate market. The investment will meet BREEAM certification requirements, i.e., it will be equipped with, among other things, modern loading docks, wide maneuvering areas and parking lots, glazing in the office and production sections, which will increase access to daylight and provide employees with better working conditions. Furthermore, in line with the company's strategy, the developer will implement eco-solutions. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the hall, and bicycle shelters, electric vehicle charging stations, and insect hotels will appear in the park. MLP Group will take care not only of the natural environment but also of the comfort of the facility's users.
The implementation of the investment will begin in the first half of July this year, and the handover of the finished facility is scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year. The hall will be fully adapted to the individual requirements of the tenant. MLP Group has once again entrusted the role of General Contractor to the company W.P.I.P., which has many years of experience in the construction of warehouse facilities. Additionally, it will also conduct BREEAM certification confirming the use of sustainable solutions that are friendly to the environment and to the people using the facility.

The modern distribution center MLP Poznań West is a complex located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 route. The center is aimed primarily at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors. The MLP Poznań West project will ultimately provide approx. 133,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space.
