MLP Group with financing from ING Bank Śląski

MLP Group has successfully completed a transaction with ING Bank Śląski SA. In accordance with the agreed terms, the institution has provided financing in the total amount of 26.8 million EUR. The granted loan will be used to refinance existing facilities with an area of 58.2 thousand sq. m. and to finance the construction of another 21.7 thousand sq. m. of warehouse halls within the MLP Poznań and MLP Poznań II logistics parks. Thus, the funds granted by the bank cover new and existing facilities with a total area of approx. 80 thousand sq. m.

The MLP Poznań project is located in the town of Koninko, near the S11 expressway connecting Poznań with Katowice. The park is located approx. 16 km from the center of Poznań and 4 km from the A2 motorway. Ultimately, the investment will include nearly 90 thousand sq. m. of warehouse and production space, which will be built on an area of 20 ha.

Logistics parks are primarily aimed at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors. The investments enjoy great interest from tenants due to the advantages of the location as well as the high quality of the offered space. MLP Group is one of the leaders in implementing the principles of sustainable development, setting the highest ecological standards in the logistics and industrial real estate industry. In accordance with the strategy, the emerging facilities are subject to BREEAM ecological certification at a level of at least Very Good.

In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group, after completing the construction of logistics parks, keeps them in its portfolio and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the lease agreement
