MLP Poznań West is growing before our eyes

MLP Group, a developer operating on the European warehouse real estate market, will build a BTS facility for Hart Logistics, a Polish logistics and transport company.

Hart Logistics has signed a lease agreement for space at the MLP Poznań West logistics center. Under the signed agreement, the tenant will receive approx. 10,000 sqm of modern space, of which approx. 9,600 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes, and the rest will be office and social space.

The facility will be built in accordance with the latest trends in the warehouse real estate market. The investment will meet BREEAM certification requirements and will be equipped with, among other things, modern loading docks, wide maneuvering areas, and parking lots. Furthermore, in line with the company's strategy, the developer will implement eco-solutions, including photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the hall, and bicycle shelters, electric car charging stations, and insect hotels will appear in the park. MLP Group will take care not only of the natural environment but also of the comfort of the facility's users.

Hart Logistics specializes in providing forwarding and logistics services in both domestic and international relations. The company handles a wide range of orders, from road transport to air, sea, and rail transport. This offer is to be complemented by broadly understood warehousing of goods. The modern distribution center MLP Poznań West is a complex located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 route.
