MLP Poznań West will be even larger

MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics center. This will allow for the construction of another 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. As a result, the target space of this highly popular complex has increased to over 170,000 sqm. The existing plot has already been fully developed, and all facilities are 100% leased.

MLP Group has signed an agreement to purchase a plot in Dąbrówka on the western side of Poznań. The acquired 6 hectares of land are adjacent to the expanding logistics center MLP Poznań West, which is very popular among tenants. It will be possible to build an additional 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space on them. As a result, the target commercial area of the logistics complex will increase to over 170,000 sqm, and the plot area will grow to a total of 35 hectares.

The MLP Poznań West logistics park is one of the fastest-growing logistics centers belonging to MLP Group. Its construction began in 2019. Currently, the entire existing plot has been developed, with over 140,000 sqm of warehouse and office space available. All spaces have been 100% leased. The company W.P.I.P. was responsible for the construction of all warehouse facilities within the MLP Poznań West project.

The center is being built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. All facilities are covered by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Photovoltaic panel installations are being mounted on the roofs of the buildings. Infrastructure for cyclists, electric car charging stations, and insect hotels have been created in the park area. Large glazing has been used in the office section, which provides better access to daylight and ensures more favorable working conditions for employees.

The modern distribution center MLP Poznań West is a complex located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 route. The center is aimed primarily at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors. Including the additional plot, the MLP Poznań West project will ultimately provide over 170,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate.
