MLP Poznań West with certificate

BREEAM certification is currently one of the most widely used methods for assessing buildings in terms of their environmental friendliness and functionality. Furthermore, it confirms that the assessed project meets the requirements in accordance with the principles of sustainable development; it is a building that is not only friendly to the natural environment but also to the people using it.

The developer's first distinguished project was an existing facility for InPost with a total area of 8800 sqm in the MLP Poznań West logistics park in Dąbrówka near Poznań. The building was commissioned at the beginning of Q3 2019.

Solutions implemented by the developer as part of the BREEAM certification that were highly rated include "health and wellbeing", "transport", "water", and "land use and ecology". In addition, the maximum set of points was awarded in the "waste management" 
and "materials" categories.  MLP Group's consistent policy regarding environmentally friendly solutions means that new investments carried out by the developer are mandatorily covered by certification aimed at analyzing sustainable development indicators, which cover a range of environmental issues.

MLP Poznań West is a modern distribution center located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 route. The center is aimed primarily at companies in the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors. The target potential of the project is approx. 83,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and production space. An undoubted advantage of this project is not only its location but also flexible spaces adapted to the individual needs of clients.
