MLP Rzeszów to expand the investment portfolio of MLP Group

MLP Group is strengthening its position on the Polish market. A new logistics and industrial center will be built in Rzeszów. MLP Rzeszów will provide a total of over 52,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The start of the investment is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
MLP Group has acquired the land and obtained an environmental decision for the development of a new logistics and industrial park in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The implementation of MLP Rzeszów will begin in the second quarter of 2025. This will be the seventeenth center in Poland in the MLP Group portfolio, and the twenty-fourth in total, including locations in other countries served.

MLP Rzeszów will be built on an 11.7-hectare plot located in Rzeszów on Technologiczna Street. The investment is a greenfield project, meaning it will be implemented from scratch on undeveloped land. According to the plan, it will provide 46,700 sqm of warehouse space and 5,400 sqm of social and office space. MLP Group subjects all its investments to the BREEAM and DNGB certification process, which confirms the application of international environmental protection standards.

The location of the MLP Rzeszów logistics center offers unique logistical advantages. It is an ideal place for servicing domestic and international supply chains. Located 98 km from the border with Ukraine, it will support trade with this market. The drive to the center of Rzeszów, located 7 km away, will take only 15 minutes. The airport in Jasionka is only 19 km away.

MLP Rzeszów will be located near key road arteries, just 3 km from the Via Carpatia (S19) route and 8.5 km from the A4 motorway. This will ensure efficient transport both in the north-south and east-west axes. The immediate vicinity of the planned northern bypass of Rzeszów further increases the attractiveness of this place, guaranteeing fast connections with the region and the development of infrastructure in the future.

In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group maintains logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently.
