MLP Teresin with another major tenant

MLP Group has concluded a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Teresin logistics center. Fabryka Mebli Akord has contracted a total of approximately 21.8 thousand sq. m. of modern warehouse space. Approximately 21.2 thousand sq. m. will be designated for warehouse purposes, and the remaining space will be used for social and office needs.

- We are very pleased with the signing of the lease agreement with MLP Group. Modern warehouse space at MLP Teresin, offering high-bay storage capabilities, will allow us to further develop and streamline our logistics processes, which will translate into even better service for our customers - said Władysław Zając, owner of Fabryka Mebli Akord.

In accordance with the agreement, the tenant will gain so-called early access as early as the beginning of April this year. The handover of the space in its entirety is planned for the beginning of September this year.

The new location will become the main warehouse for Fabryka Mebli Akord, alongside existing distribution centers in Germany and France. The company is planning further expansion in European markets.

MLP Teresin is a center consisting of warehouse halls with an area of approximately 38 thousand sq. m. The park operates on an area of over 10 hectares. MLP Teresin is located in Gnatowice Stare in the Kampinos municipality, 45 km west of the center of Warsaw, near road no. 92 connecting Warsaw with Poznań and 20 km from the A2 motorway and the Wiskitki junction.
