MLP Wrocław with a new tenant

Logistics operator OL&D Poland has expanded the group of tenants at the MLP Wrocław logistics center. Within building C1.1, it will use a total of approximately 4,300 sqm of modern space. Of this, over 4,100 sqm will be designated for warehouse purposes, and the remaining part, amounting to nearly 200 sqm, will consist of modern office and social space. The facility, in which the new space handed over to the logistics operator is located, recently obtained the BREEAM New Construction Version 6.0 certificate at the Excellent level.

OL&D Poland offers comprehensive services to clients from various industries, including interior furnishings, children's products, energy, audio and acoustic systems, and industrial sectors in the scope of broadly understood warehouse logistics, road and multimedia transport, as well as sea and air freight forwarding.

– Deciding to lease new, twice as large warehouse space in Wrocław, we took into account the very good location of the park for road transport, but also in terms of public transport, thanks to which our employees have a wide range of possibilities to reach our distribution center. The close proximity to courier companies cooperating with us was also not without significance. The talks with MLP were very concrete, and at the same time, we felt a flexible approach and understanding of our expectations and requirements, hence the decision to establish long-term cooperation and lease space at MLP Wrocław – commented Adam Robak, Vice President of the Management Board and co-owner of OL&D Poland.

MLP Wrocław is a complex that was built on a plot of 13 hectares. The logistics park consists of 5 warehouse halls with a total area of 65,782 sqm. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate. The logistics park is located in the Psie Pole district in the north-eastern part of Wrocław, at a distance of only 14 km from the city center. A great convenience is the nearby national road E67 and the S8 expressway connecting Wrocław with Warsaw.
