MLP Zgorzelec with a new tenant

MLP Group has concluded a new long-term lease agreement in the expanding MLP Zgorzelec warehouse complex. A cosmetics company has joined the logistics center. HD Cosmetics will use approximately 1,300 sqm of modern warehouse space. The handover of the space in full is planned for May this year. Additional office and social spaces will occupy 100 sqm and will be ready at the beginning of the third quarter of this year.

HD Cosmetics is a company specializing in the sale of clothing, cosmetics, and hygiene products. Its assortment includes both everyday and sportswear, as well as skincare and fragrance cosmetics, adapted to various skin types and preferences. Additionally, the company provides hygiene products supporting daily care. Placing special emphasis on quality and safety, HD Cosmetics ensures that its products meet the highest standards and provide users with comfort and reliability.

MLP Zgorzelec is a new logistics park that was built on a plot of 11.86 hectares and offers a total of 50.6 thousand sqm of modern warehouse space. All facilities will be subject to BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, which confirms their ecological efficiency and high quality.

The advantage of MLP Zgorzelec is its strategic location, enabling direct access to international markets. The park is located just 8 km from the border with Germany, 6 km from the A4 motorway, and 4 km from the center of Zgorzelec, which guarantees excellent transport connections.

In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group, after completing the construction of logistics parks, keeps them in its portfolio and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the term of the lease agreement.
