Morska Agencja Gdynia will become the tenant of one of the two facilities at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. The company has leased 22,800 sqm in a warehouse built to the tenant's individual requirements.
Morska Agencja Gdynia has a long history – it was established in 1951. In the initial phase of its operations, the company represented foreign shipping lines and shipowners, and subsequently specialized in freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance. Today, it is one of the largest and longest-operating companies in the transport and logistics industry on the Polish market. Currently, Morska Agencja Gdynia provides its clients with comprehensive transport services for various goods – oversized, bulk, liquid, and general cargo – from anywhere in the world. The company also cooperates with wind turbine manufacturers, handling the transshipment of components for wind farms in Polish ports.
"The period associated with Covid and the war in Ukraine caused supply disruptions in all industries. In business, the previous concept of operating on minimal stocks does not work in the current situation. Hence our company's decision to invest in new warehouse space to ensure comprehensive service for our contractors and meet their needs" – says Krzysztof Laskowski, Vice President of the Management Board of Morska Agencja Gdynia.
Panattoni Park Tricity East V is a modern distribution center consisting of two planned buildings. The investment is being developed in Przejazdowo, in the Pruszcz Gdański municipality.
"The park's advantage is its proximity to the A1 motorway, the Tricity Bypass, and the Deepwater Container Terminal DCT. The warehouse will be equipped with oversized gates and a storage yard adapted for large-size goods. The facility will also offer a range of pro-ecological solutions and BREEAM certification." – emphasizes Martyna Sochaczewska, Leasing Director at Panattoni.
