Mountpark begins investment in Wrocław

Mountpark, a developer of industrial and logistics real estate, has just announced the decision to start construction of a 34,892 sqm warehouse in the Mountpark Wrocław complex. Its target area will reach approximately 140,000 sqm. The investment is intended to meet the systematically growing demand of the Lower Silesia region for national and regional distribution service centers.

The facility, designed according to principles ensuring maximum operational efficiency, will have a clear height of 12 m, a floor load capacity of 70 kN/sqm, and will feature a secured maneuvering yard with a depth of up to 57 m. It will be built in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the “very good” level. Thanks to numerous amenities, the building will provide employees with a comfortable working environment.

One of the facility's greatest assets will also be its location. Strategically situated, right next to a junction on the A4 motorway, Mountpark Wrocław offers easy access to major commercial centers in Poland, as well as quick access to the border with Germany and the Czech Republic.
