Mountpark has started construction of a warehouse and logistics complex in Wrocław
Mountpark Logistics has erected the first column at the construction site of the new warehouse and logistics complex Mountpark Wrocław.
The area of the first stage of the investment is nearly 35,000 sqm, and its total size will reach 140,000 sqm. It is intended to meet the systematically growing demand of the Lower Silesia region for national and regional distribution service centers. The completion of the first phase of the investment is planned for November 2021.Wrocław is an excellent logistics location. The facility was designed in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the "very good" level. It will have a clear height of 12 m and a floor load capacity of 70 kN/m2. It will also feature a guarded maneuvering yard with a depth of up to 57 meters.
Mountpark Wrocław will be located at the Pietrzykowice junction on the A4 motorway and will provide tenants with a connection to major transport routes, as well as to the German and Czech borders.
