Panattoni has gained a new tenant in the park near Warsaw. Neopak – a distribution company operating in the packaging industry will move its main warehouse to Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV, where it will occupy over 10,500 sq m of warehouse and office space.
Neopak is one of the leading distribution companies in the packaging industry – since 2006 it has specialized in the sale of packaging materials and accessories. Its offer includes a full range of products related to securing various goods, including parcels and shipments. Due to business growth and prospects for the coming years, Neopak needed more warehouse space of a high standard. The company decided to move its existing main warehouse from a B-class facility in Warsaw's Okęcie to an A-class space in the Nadarzyn park of Panattoni.
- „In recent years, Nadarzyn has been becoming a key logistics hub, fully utilizing its location potential and excellent infrastructure. Our investment – Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV – is a great choice for companies looking for top-class space to serve the extremely attractive Warsaw market. We are pleased that our offer perfectly met the needs of the Neopak company and we welcome them to our group of clients” – says Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.
- „For a long time, we have been looking for a comfortable solution that would be consistent with our operational plan for the coming years and would allow for the selection of additional space in a modern warehouse park with an elevated standard. Initially, we assumed that we would remain within the Warsaw agglomeration, however, the lack of a product of the appropriate size directed our interest outside the city limits. The choice of Nadarzyn is a carefully thought-out and analyzed decision, among other things, in terms of access to public transport, which will allow us to retain our current staff. This is an investment for years, which from the first day after occupying the space will increase the efficiency of our operations” – says Szymon Ździarski, President of the Management Board, Neopak.
The company will start operations in the park near Warsaw from September of this year. A modern, larger and higher, 12-meter hall will allow the tenant to obtain additional space. The new location also provides savings related to energy optimization. The distribution space will be complemented by an 850-meter, spacious office.
A promising business. The packaging industry, of which Neopak is an important player, plays a significant role in supporting many sectors by providing appropriate packaging solutions for their products. In recent years, its importance has increased along with the dynamic development of the e-commerce segment in Poland. The huge popularity of online shopping has contributed to an increase in the demand for various packaging adapted to the shipment and delivery of goods purchased online. Aesthetic, functional and safe packaging can improve brand perception and increase customer loyalty, which is why the importance of the packaging industry will grow in the coming years.
