New business partner at Prologis Park Błonie

Prologis Park Błonie, located in one of the key areas for logistics in Poland – the Warsaw agglomeration – has welcomed a new client.

- We are pleased that Uponor is joining our group of clients at Prologis Park Błonie. This is a location of exceptional importance – a natural gateway to Warsaw and one of the largest consumer markets in the country. The park's location near key transit routes allows our clients to efficiently serve the capital and the entire region. The fact that only the last available modules remain in Błonie proves how high the interest in this location is – both from our long-term partners who are extending their lease agreements, and from new clients. All spaces are designed in accordance with the idea of sustainable development. Among the solutions offered are, among others, energy-efficient LED lighting or the Smart Metering system, which are technologies that facilitate cost optimization and support the ESG goals of clients – said Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis.

The warehouse that the new client of Prologis Park Błonie will occupy was designed with operational efficiency and work comfort in mind. The facility provides modern logistics facilities, as well as an office section that meets the needs of the growing team of Uponor Sp. z o.o., which is part of GF Building Flow Solutions.

- Moving to Prologis Park Błonie allows us, on one hand, to increase our operational space, and on the other, to benefit from the amenities of a modern facility. This fosters the further development of our business, as well as the work comfort of the team. Thanks to this location, we gain a stable base for serving clients both within the capital and throughout the region – says Anna Cupriak, Member of the Board at Uponor.

Prologis Park Błonie, located just 25 kilometers from the center of Warsaw, offers excellent transport connections with all of Poland and Europe thanks to its proximity to the A2 motorway and the E30 route. Such a location makes it one of the most attractive logistics locations in the region, chosen by companies serving both the Warsaw market and the nationwide market.

The agreement with Uponor is another element of the dynamic development of Prologis Park Błonie. In recent months, Chronologis has moved its operations here, DTW celebrated a decade of the park's presence and decided to extend its contract for subsequent years, and the same decision was made by the companies Procan and Iron Mountain. This shows that Błonie maintains its position as one of the most important logistics locations in Poland – a place that combines proximity to the largest consumer market in the country with modern infrastructure and operational stability.

Strong interest in Prologis Park Błonie fits into the general picture of strong demand for warehouse space throughout the Warsaw agglomeration. The capital and its surroundings are one of the key markets for Prologis, where the company is systematically strengthening its presence. This includes both acquisitions of existing parks – as in the case of Prologis Park Grodzisk – and the development of new, fully prepared investment areas. One of them is land in Nadarzyn. The land belonging to Prologis is intended for the implementation of build-to-suit projects with a total area of over 117,000 sqm, fully adapted to the requirements of the future tenant.

Warsaw is a market with enormous potential, and our investments in this region are a response to the growing needs of clients. Thanks to new locations, we can offer solutions tailored to the requirements of both local and global companies that focus on modern, efficient, and sustainable spaces – summarizes Kamila Pruk-Piotrowska, Director of Capital Deployment at Prologis.
