New logistics park in the Tricity. Completion of the investment in 2026.

Peakside Capital Advisors is preparing the implementation of a warehouse project in the Tricity agglomeration. The urban logistics park will be built in Przejazdowo and will provide two halls with a total area of over 20 thousand sqm.

Peakside has begun expanding its warehouse operations outside of Warsaw, covering regional markets in Poland. As part of the new investment being prepared, it will build a modern urban logistics park in Przejazdowo, in the Gdańsk county. The project involves the construction of two warehouse halls with a total area of over 20 thousand sqm. Tenants will be offered flexible modules, the sizes of which will start from 1,700 sqm. This is a response to customer demand in the rental market, both for production and logistics.

"The Tricity is one of the most dynamically developing markets in Poland, and its strategic location and growing importance in logistics and international trade make it a natural direction for our expansion. The implementation of this project is another step in building our nationwide warehouse platform and the consistent execution of Peakside's growth strategy in the logistics real estate market" – says Stefan Laszczyk, Investment Associate at Peakside.

"Our project will not only be functional and flexible for tenants from various industries, but also designed in the spirit of sustainable development, using the latest technological and environmental solutions. Our goal is to create a logistics park that will combine high quality, energy efficiency, and excellent transport accessibility, both for users and their employees" – adds Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside.

The designed buildings will reach a height of 12 meters and will be equipped with, among other things, heat pumps, electric vehicle chargers, and roofs adapted for photovoltaic installations. Thanks to this, the investment will meet the highest standards of sustainable construction, confirmed by BREEAM and LEED certificates, as well as compliance with the EU Taxonomy.

According to the plan, the offered spaces will be ready for use in the summer of next year.
