New Panattoni park in the west of Łódź

Panattoni will build a central warehouse for school and preschool supplies in Łódź. Their distributor will occupy 11,200 sqm in the newly developed Panattoni Park Łódź West. The facility will be built in Konstantynów Łódzki, near two expressways and 8 km from an international airport, and is the developer's first investment in the western part of the Łódź area.

The developer is starting the construction of its first park in the west of Łódź - Panattoni Park Łódź West with a planned area of 60,000 sqm within a single building. In the first phase, 23,700 sqm will be delivered, of which nearly 11,200 will be occupied by a company operating in the school and office supplies industry. The enterprise will use 10,300 sqm of warehouse space and 886 sqm of office space, creating a central warehouse for Poland. School and preschool supplies will be stored and distributed there. Their distribution will begin at the turn of the 3rd and 4th quarter, when the developer completes the first phase of Panattoni Park Łódź West.

„By focusing on the regular development of our Łódź portfolio from the very beginning of our operations, we are aware of the region's strategic location for domestic and international distribution. By locating its central warehouse right here, the tenant ensures excellent access to developed infrastructure and modern warehouse space”. – comments Kamil Kwiatkowski, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Łódź West is a single class A building with a target area of 60,000 sqm. In the vicinity of the distribution center is the under-construction Western Bypass of Łódź, which will connect the S8 expressway – running from Lower Silesia to Białystok – and the A2 motorway, connecting Łódź with Warsaw, Poznań, and Berlin. Furthermore, the park is located less than 10 km from the center of the region's capital and only 8 km from the Reymont international airport. Panattoni Park Łódź West is being built in accordance with BREEAM certification at the Very Good level, and the modern facade used in it will be made according to the Go Earthwise with Panattoni concept, ensuring, among other things, increased access to daylight.
