New PepsiCo central warehouse

The newest PepsiCo central warehouse located in the P3 Mszczonów park is the largest warehouse in the corporation's distribution network and the largest facility of this type commissioned in Poland in Q1 2020. Its area is over 58 thousand. The warehouse's cubic capacity is so large that if one were to fill the building exclusively with cans of the brand's flagship drink, it could hold as many as 2 billion of them. Every day, approx. 5 thousand pallets leave it, and the same amount arrives from the company's production plants.

Construction of the PepsiCo central warehouse began in May last year and lasted eight months. The height of the facility to the base of the roof structure is 12 m, which allows for free storage of goods up to a height of 11.5 m. The building has 103 docks (loading and unloading), including 4 „zero” ramps, and has been equipped with a column-free dock zone with a depth of 24 m. Additionally, a QLoader system has been installed in the facility, which allows for automatic loading and unloading of pallets.

The P3 Mszczonów park is located 50 km south-west of Warsaw, along the S8 expressway connecting the capital with the south of Poland, as well as near the A2 motorway connecting the western and eastern parts of the country and the A1 motorway running from south to north. The location of the park by the S8 expressway allows for reaching the center of Warsaw in less than 40 minutes. P3 still has land allowing for further expansion of the park by over 100 thousand sqm of leasable area.
