New production hall near Poznań. 4.3 thousand sqm for the trade fair industry

In Wysogotowo, in the Tarnowo Podgórne municipality near Poznań, construction has begun on a modern production space for the company Smart Design Expo. The investment includes a facility with an area of 4.3 thousand sqm, which is intended to streamline the execution of trade fair projects and increase the company's operational capabilities.

Modern production and office facility

The building under construction will consist of two parts:

• production and warehouse (two stories),
• administrative and social (three stories).

The Poznań-based company SIGNET is responsible for the implementation of the investment, acting as the general contractor and also handling the preparation of accompanying infrastructure, including internal roads, sewage systems, and parking lots.

Greater capacity and shorter lead times

The new hall will allow Smart Design Expo to significantly increase production capacity and shorten order fulfillment times. The investment is a response to the growing demand for services related to the design and production of trade fair stands, including for foreign clients.

The expansion of production facilities is also intended to enable the implementation of new technologies and the execution of more advanced projects.

Green solutions and energy efficiency

The project includes the use of eco-friendly solutions, such as:

• photovoltaic installation,
• heat pumps.

Thanks to this, the facility will be more energy-efficient and less burdensome for the environment.

Investment schedule

Construction began in March 2026, and the completion of work is planned for the end of November 2026.
