An international company specializing in providing modern data center services has joined the tenants of Diamond Business Park Ursus. The tenant has leased a total of over 7,500 sqm of warehouse and office space.
The international company, operating in over 30 markets and specializing in providing modern solutions for electronic data storage, has leased over 7,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Diamond Business Park Ursus in connection with its expansion. The tenant, whose name has not been disclosed, was looking for space that would allow, on one hand, flexible adaptation to the company's growing operations, and on the other, easy access and proximity to major transport hubs and city arteries. Diamond Business Park Ursus perfectly met the tenant's expectations both due to its location and its modern space, which allows for easy arrangement tailored to individual needs.
