New tenant at Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice

Hatrans Logistics, which has been operating in the logistics and transport services sector for 35 years, has leased 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice park.

Hatrans Logistics is a family-owned company from Łódź, one of the largest private customs agencies in Poland, present on the market since 1989. As part of the next stage of its development, it decided to lease 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice logistics park, located in the southern part of the city, right next to the S14 expressway and near the Port Łódź Shopping Center. The investment will include a customs warehouse and an approved place. As part of its services for companies, Hatrans Logistics will additionally offer optimization of customs processes and broadly defined customs services in the supply chain.

The new warehouse is primarily intended to increase operational efficiency and enable faster fulfillment of a larger number of orders. Hillwood Łódź Chocianowice is a warehouse park with an area of over 97,000 sqm, located in the southern part of Łódź, right next to national road no. 14, close to the Port Łódź Shopping Center and the city center. The park's location provides easy access to the S14 expressway, i.e., the western bypass of Łódź and Pabianice, and to the A1 and A2 motorways.
