New tenant at Hillwood Marki
PBS Connect Polska is the latest tenant at the Hillwood Marki logistics center.
The European giant in the production and wholesale distribution of office supplies will occupy 12,000 sqm, which is more than half of the space in the newly constructed fourth hall. The building will be commissioned in the summer of this year. In addition to 11,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, adapted for the distribution of branded stationery, office, and school supplies, PBS will also lease 900 sqm of office space. The entire building will be adapted to PBS's needs, including higher fire safety standards. Due to the nature of the company's operations, the hall will be built with fire resistance allowing for the storage of goods exceeding 4000MJ/m2.
Hillwood Marki is located just 15 km from the center of Warsaw at ul. Okólna 45 in Marki. The convenient location provides easy access to the S8 expressway and the A2 motorway, as well as access to public transport. The Hillwood Marki park includes four modern buildings with a total area of over 90,000 sqm, equipped with LED lighting, docks with protective collars and hydraulic levelers, and drive-in ramps. Next to the halls, there are also large parking lots for employees and guests.
