Transport company Regesta has moved into the Hillwood Wrocław Wschód logistics center. The new tenant has occupied a total of over 17,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The entire Hillwood Wrocław Wschód park, consisting of seven halls with a total area of over 210,000 sqm, has already been fully commercialized.
Regesta S.A. provides professional services in the field of road transport of goods as well as domestic and international forwarding. The company specializes in transport with coil-mulda trailers. It also offers its clients comprehensive logistics services, including warehousing. In the Wrocław park, Regesta has leased 17,387 sqm of warehouse space and 158 sqm of office space.
"This is yet another warehouse space that we have developed for the needs of our client. We offer our clients advanced contract logistics services based on modern technological solutions and a qualified staff of specialists. Thanks to our extensive experience, we offer our partners not only terminal handling based on the storage and warehousing of entrusted goods and loading operations, but also a wide range of individually developed operations allowing for comprehensive logistics support that takes into account the specifics of the enterprise and products. We try to respond to client needs on an ongoing basis, which is why we decided on another location, and our choice fell on the Hillwood project in Krajków" – says Tomasz Kulig, Logistics Director at Regesta.
The Hillwood Wrocław Wschód logistics center is located in the town of Wojkowice (in the Żórawina municipality), at the "Wrocław Wschód" exit of the A4 motorway. The warehouse halls are located just 20 km from the center of Wrocław and 25 km from the Wrocław Starachowice Airport.
"The hall leased by Regesta was built to an increased fire resistance standard - above 4000 MJ/sqm - and adapted to the client's needs and requirements. One of them was equipping the warehouse with a forklift charging zone. Additionally, as part of the investment, we built a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 50 kW, which will not only contribute to environmental protection but will also lower operating costs for our tenants" – says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska.
In the Wrocław Wschód park, as in all Hillwood buildings, LED lighting has been installed. On the premises of the warehouse center, the developer has built a large and convenient parking lot for tenants and their contractors. The location of the investment also ensures quick and convenient access for employees – there is a bus stop just 100 meters from the investment, and the bus ride to the center of Wrocław takes about 20 minutes.
