New tenant at MLP Łódź
Wirthwein Polska has signed an agreement with MLP Group. In the modern logistics center MLP Łódź, it will receive over 6,000 sqm, of which 5,600 sqm will be occupied by production and warehouse space, and the rest will be office and social space. The implementation of the investment will begin in September this year, and the handover of the finished facility is planned for the 4th quarter of 2022.
The MLP Łódź park is being built in accordance with the latest trends in the warehouse real estate market. MLP Group focuses on projects consistent with its sustainable development strategy. Concern for ecology has already become a daily routine for the developer, who is successively taking actions to reduce the negative impact of its operations on the natural environment. The park will use state-of-the-art sustainable development solutions that will contribute to, among other things, reducing energy consumption.

The MLP Łódź project is a modern logistics and distribution center located in the south-eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, (in close proximity) just 4 km from the A1 motorway, connecting Łódź with the Tricity, and approx. 20 km (10 min) from the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). It is being built on a plot of approx. 16.5 ha and will ultimately provide 71,000 sqm. The new center will be built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and the Company's warehouse facilities will be designed to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification. The MLP Łódź logistics complex will be aimed primarily at tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors.
