New tenant at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II

Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has leased nearly 15,500 sq m at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II to Rohlig SUUS Logistics. The logistics operator will move into the first building of the complex, which has an area of 25,500 sq m and whose construction began in August of this year.

Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is a modern project located in the eastern part of the city, near the S3 expressway and the A6 motorway. Its location provides excellent conditions for serving both the domestic and international markets – thanks to its proximity to the German border and the port in Szczecin. It is just 15 km from the city center, and the park is 160 km from Berlin. The complex will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, which means the use of modern energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. In subsequent stages, the investment will expand by two new facilities, and ultimately the park will reach nearly 102,000 sq m.

– „The decision of Rohlig SUUS Logistics to choose Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II confirms the growing importance of Szczecin as a logistics hub for north-western Poland. The location, infrastructure, and the possibility of further expansion of the complex make the park an ideal place for companies developing their business at the intersection of the Polish and German markets” – emphasizes Weronika Mioduszewska, Associate Leasing Director at Panattoni, responsible for the West Pomerania region.

– „West Pomerania is one of the key logistics centers in Poland. It acts as a distribution hub for Scandinavia, Germany, and the domestic market, and the consistent development of infrastructure – including the planned expansion of the container terminal in Świnoujście – strengthens its position in global supply chains. In the face of increasingly frequent disruptions on transport routes, we see that companies are focusing on business resilience by locating stocks and production closer to target markets, which further drives demand for logistics services in the region” – says Marcin Grzelak, Regional Director, Rohlig SUUS Logistics. He adds: – „We have been present in Szczecin for over 15 years, conducting operations in two warehouses. Now we will consolidate them into one logistics center, increasing our capabilities and efficiency to support our clients even more effectively and fully utilize the business opportunities brought by the development of the region”.

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, the largest Polish logistics operator, will begin operations at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II in the second quarter of 2026.
