New tenant at Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań

A leading e-commerce company in Poland has leased 4,200 sqm of warehouse space at Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań. The facility, located in the heart of the Warsaw metropolitan area – the largest consumer market in Poland – has been fully adapted to the specifics of the client's operations and the efficient handling of last-mile logistics in e-commerce.

The warehouse of Prologis, a global leader in the logistics real estate market, provides optimal conditions for the e-commerce client – the fulfillment of online orders and fast deliveries, completed within 24 hours or less.

In addition, the building is equipped with a range of solutions ensuring a high standard in terms of energy efficiency and employee comfort. The warehouse uses a smart metering system, which allows for remote data acquisition on utility consumption, facilitating optimizations in this area. The warehouse and office space are illuminated by an LED system connected to automation that allows for additional electricity savings. The facility also uses a modern, efficient air conditioning system.

„For e-commerce clients, the fastest possible order fulfillment is of key importance. The location of the warehouse plays a huge role in this context. Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań, located in the heart of the Warsaw metropolitan area with approximately 3.3 million residents, facilitates access to a large group of end e-business customers. This enables next-day deliveries, or even deliveries within a few or a dozen hours. Thanks to its excellent location and access to public transport, Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań fits perfectly into the 15-minute city concept, which assumes that the key needs of residents, such as work, services, or deliveries, are met in the shortest possible time, with minimal logistical effort and limited environmental impact” – said Patryk Czechowski, leasing associate at Prologis.

In the heart of the largest consumer market in Poland

Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań is located just 10 km from the strict city center of the capital and right next to the S8 expressway, i.e., the Toruńska Route connecting Wrocław, Warsaw, and Białystok. Nearby, there is also the S7 expressway, which is part of the European route E77 and provides a convenient connection between Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Kraków. An additional advantage is the proximity of the A2 motorway, enabling efficient communication with Poznań and other key cities on the east-west route.

Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań is not only a modern logistics center but also a space created with employee comfort in mind. The proximity of recreational areas, such as a sports field, swimming pool, or ice rink, as well as a nearby shopping center, make it an attractive and functional workplace. Additionally, the complex features outdoor Prologis Book Box libraries and a covered bicycle shelter with a repair station, encouraging an active lifestyle. An advantage of Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań is also the excellent availability of public transport – several tram and bus lines as well as the metro allow for a quick and convenient commute to work.

A unique element of the park is an impressive 3D mural by Ukrainian artist Aleks Maksiov, adorning the facade of one of the buildings. It depicts four tits, symbolizing harmony with nature. This is not only an „artistic calling card” of Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań, but also an expression of Prologis' commitment to creating an inspiring and friendly work environment.
