New tenant in the LCube logistics park in Rzeszów

A leading supplier of shipping packaging, Kartony24.eu, has leased approximately 5,000 sqm of warehouse space in the second phase of the LCube Logistic Park Rzeszów investment. The agreement was concluded for five years. LCube is a developer that is implementing a strategy of building a diversified portfolio that will consist of both smaller facilities (approximately 10,000 sqm), through medium-sized warehouses (50,000 sqm), to traditional big boxes in logistics parks (over 100,000 sqm).

Kartony24.eu is one of the leaders in supplying the e-commerce market with shipping packaging. It has a wide, constantly available offer of cardboard boxes and shipping cartons as well as packaging materials. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. One of the flagship product lines is packaging dedicated to specific courier company solutions, such as parcel lockers. 

- When choosing locations for our investments, we try to follow the needs of our partners and potential tenants. The market in Rzeszów may not be the largest in Poland, but we are dealing with high demand there, thanks to which the commercialization of our facilities is proceeding according to plan. We are convinced that the location of our project in Rzeszów, just a kilometer from the international airport in Jesionka, and with a direct connection to the A4 motorway, will enable our tenant to develop their business quickly. – says Michał Stachura, Board Member, Head of Finance at LCube.

LCube Logistic Park Rzeszów consists of two halls, which will offer tenants a total of approximately 25,000 sqm of modern logistics and office space. The first, smaller hall has already been put into use. In the second phase of the investment, a warehouse with an area of 18,800 sqm and offices with an area of approximately 1,000 sqm are being built. Both halls offer class A space, with the highest standard of fire resistance, above 4000 MJ. Energy-saving LED lighting will be installed inside and outside the buildings, and the facility has been designed in accordance with the criteria of BREEAM certification.

- The currently used logistics base was a factor that limited us to some extent, therefore, keeping in mind the good of our company, its further development and adaptation to changing market conditions, we decided to change the location. The proposal from LCube Logistic turned out to be a very favorable solution – both in terms of location and infrastructure solutions of the logistics center.
