New warehouse center in Piekary Śląskie from Hillwood
Hillwood has started construction of a new warehouse center in Piekary Śląskie. The project with an area of almost 43,000 sqm will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Hillwood Piekary Śląskie is a class A warehouse center offering over 42,492 sqm. The logistics center is located directly by the Western Bypass of the Upper Silesian Industrial Region (DW911) leading to the A1 motorway, which is just 1.5 km away. Access to the A4 motorway is 17.5 km from the logistics center. Access to public transport and the location in the heart of the Silesian agglomeration guarantees access to a qualified workforce.
