New warehouse for GTX Hanex Plastic
GTX Hanex Plastic, operating on the Polish market for the production of thermoformable films, is moving into DL Invest Park Dąbrowa Górnicza. The company will occupy over 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The new hall has been designed in a way that allows for its future expansion for both warehouse and production needs.
DL Invest Park Dąbrowa Górnicza is a warehouse, production, and office facility built in a built-to-suit formula. The modern center is located at 10 Koksownicza St., between Huta Katowice and Koksownia Przyjaźń, in the immediate vicinity of the Łagisza Power Plant, which form one of the largest industrial centers in Poland. The city belongs to the most strongly developed area of the Silesian Voivodeship – the Central Subregion. This is the first logistics and production center of its kind to be part of the largest industrial complex in the region.
