Nilfisk Polska at Ideal Idea City Park
The first stage of construction of the warehouse and office Ideal Idea City Park on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn has been completed. The fully commercialized facility can boast further world-class tenants. They come from three continents.The newest tenant of the facility is the company Nilfisk Polska. „As a leading global manufacturer of cleaning machines, quality plays a key role for us, not only in relation to the devices themselves and the services we provide, but also in other aspects of our operations. Nilfisk Polska is another company in a phase of dynamic development that has concluded that its specific infrastructure requirements can be met by the Ideal Idea Formad (IIF) design team. In recent years, the company has significantly expanded its national sales, service, and all support teams. Over the last five years, the company's headcount has doubled while sales of products and services have increased. These changes have significantly influenced the need to increase both office and warehouse space.
From a technical point of view, the project of preparing the facility for this tenant was significantly different for IIF than the others in City Park. Comments IIF CEO Jędrzej Dużyński: „This is a large contract for us with very precise requirements. However, it is good to work with a partner who knows exactly what they need, while at the same time quickly establishing excellent contact with our engineering team in an atmosphere of mutual understanding. Our new partner attached great importance to every detail, but this is very helpful in co-creating the project. The arrangement of warehouse and office space for Nilfisk was highly specialized. Our advice on these issues was well received. Thanks to this, an exceptionally effective project was created, in which functionality is well planned and communication is reduced to a minimum. This is how we prepared the workshop area for Nilfisk devices, as well as the service, training, and office areas”.
The implementation of a very specific project for Nilfisk Polska is summarized by CEO Jędrzej Dużyński: „One fundamental message for our future partners flows from this contract. This is important to us because we have already announced the expansion of IIF into the Lower Silesian and Silesian voivodeships. We are starting a large project in Wrocław in a few days. Good cooperation with both the consulting firm and the future tenant is crucial, but there would be no success without the IIF project team. We can afford such a highly flexible approach to every client, which is rarely encountered on the market and which our partners talk about, because we design facilities differently than is usually the case on the market. For example – in City Park, we have already made rooms both for a client from the electronics and electrical engineering industry requiring a very dry atmosphere, and for the Nilfisk Polska company, where, due to the nature of the products, there is inevitably increased air humidity. In addition, there are, of course, hundreds of other details. Our engineering team is ready to implement any extraordinary project”.
