Nissin Logistics moves to Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV and leases 42,000 sq m.

Panattoni has leased 42,000 sq m at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV to Nissin – a Japanese logistics operator. The investment, which began this year, is the first logistics park being built in the western part of the city, which will ultimately consist of three buildings with a total area of 110,000 sq m.

Over a quarter of a million sq m from Panattoni in Bydgoszcz. The Kuyavian-Pomeranian market has been experiencing a real siege in terms of industrial space leasing for several years. Panattoni has been present here for years. In the region's capital alone, the company has delivered over 250,000 sq m for tenants, and another 230,000 sq m is currently under construction. Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV is the developer's next investment in this region, but the first in the western part of the city. In the new location, the group of tenants includes companies from the food, manufacturing, and logistics operator sectors. Furthermore, 42,000 sq m was leased by Nissin Logistics – a global logistics operator – which is already using part of the space and will reach full operations in Q3 2023. The enterprise is part of Nissin Corporation – one of the leading Japanese companies in the TSL industry, possessing over 100 offices: in Asia, North America, and Europe.

„We have been working with Nissin for over three years. Our first lease agreement concerned Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II, however, due to the growth in the scale of logistics operations, the client decided to relocate to a larger space within Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV. In the new location, they will have at their disposal a hall that is separated from the park and has a separate entrance. For Nissin, an additional advantage of our new investment was its location in the western part of the city” – says Andrzej Spiesz, Development Director at Panattoni. 

Nissin will conduct operations for clients from the food packaging and electronics industries, and the leased space will allow for the handling of up to 50,000 pallets per month.

At the moment, we are conducting talks with both current and potential clients regarding increasing the scale of operations conducted in Bydgoszcz. Our goal is expansion."

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV is a logistics center located 12 km from the city center. The facility, within three halls, will ultimately reach 110,000 sq m and will be subjected to BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The park offers the lease of high-quality warehouse and office space: the solutions applied in the facilities allow for flexible interior arrangement depending on the tenant's needs, as well as adapting the space for manufacturing activities. Within the complex, planned additional improvements include strengthening the roof for the installation of photovoltaics or chargers for electric cars.
